<p>Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi. After a short drive we’ll start our tour with a visit to the exquisite <span style="color:#0000FF;">Tran Quoc Pagoda</span>, an ancient Buddhist temple and national heritage site,<span style="color:#0000FF;"> located at the West Lake.</span></p>
<p>We visit the <span style="color:#0000FF;">Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum,</span> the final resting place of Vietnam’s greatest father. Walk beside <span style="color:#0000FF;">Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house</span> where he lived and worked from 1958 to 1969. The vast gardens boast over 250 different species of plants & flowers from all over Vietnam.</p>
<p>Next stop is to see the beautiful <span style="color:#0000FF;">One Pillar Pagoda,</span> modeled on the lotus flower - a striking symbol of Hanoi city.</p>
<p>We visit the impressiv<span style="color:#0000FF;">e Army History Museum</span> to learn all about the Indochina, French and American war, and an impressive experience.</p>
<p>Your transportation will take you back to a local restaurant in the Old Quarter of Hanoi where we'll enjoy a delicious traditional lunch and some time to relax.</p>
<p>We explore the <span style="color:#0000FF;">Temple of Literature, </span>the most famous temple in Hanoi that also served as <span style="color:#0000FF;">Vietnam’s first university.</span> It was constructed in 1070 under King Ly Nhan Tong and dedicated to Confucius, sages and scholars. This vastly significant structure incorporates an interior realm of 5 courtyards, ancient trees and manicured lawns.</p>
<p>We'll take a short drive to the legendary <span style="color:#0000FF;">Hoan Kiem Lake</span>, also known as Sword Lake, to visit the holy <span style="color:#0000FF;">Ngoc Son temple</span> dedicated to the saint Van Xuong and former general commander Tran Hung Dao for his struggle against the Mongolians. We'll also see the surrounding rich, stylistic synergy of Vietnamese and French architecture. Learn the legends of this ancient lake, and if you're very lucky, you may even spot the elusive giant turtle!</p>
